Shell Island Condominium Resort is located at the North end of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina at 2700 North Lumina Avenue. The nine-story Resort opened in August of 1986, and has recently completed an 11 million dollar renovation project. The units are thoughtfully designed so that each of the 169 suites has a beautiful oceanfront view.  Each one-bedroom condominium has a similar floor plan including one and one-half bathrooms, a kitchenette, living/dining areas and a balcony.

Shell Island Resort is a condominium association that is operated like a hotel. Each unit is privately owned and has the option of participating in the central rental program .

Company Profile

We are a non-profit corporation controlled by all of the homeowners at Shell Island Condominium Resort. We have an elected Board of Directors who generally meet monthly to oversee the operations and management of the Resort.  There is an on-site manager of the Homeowner's Association who is responsible for interacting with the Board of Directors and the on-site management company, Crescent Hotels and Resorts.  The Shell Island HOA office is also responsible for billing and collection of common area maintenance dues and the prudent use of funds to maintain the standards of the Resort.
